Custom Home Construction
Sweatman-Young, Inc. builds custom homes. We work for clients that own their property, have a qualified building plan and the financing in place. We do assist with the plan design if you so desire. We work with a highly skilled plan designer that will draw your house plan to your specifications. Once the property is in your name, the plan design is complete and financing is in place we can obtain the permits for you and begin construction from the ground up. You make all the product selections. References available upon request.
Custom Remodel Work
Sweatman-Young, Inc. performs all phases of remodel work. Here is a general list: kitchen remodel, dining room remodel, bathroom remodel, bedroom remodel, living room remodel, hallway remodel, basement remodel, room conversions such as converting a garage space into a living space. We also offer additions. If you would like to add onto your existing home we offer this service as well. During the course of remodel work we are asked to replace heating systems, hot water tanks, appliances and the list goes on and on. We will do any work that is requested on a home. Referrals available upon request.
Historical Restoration
Sweatman-Young, Inc. performs all phases of historical restoration work. We will match materials if they are available. We will also work with any historical society to meet their requirements. References available upon request.
Home Maintenance Repairs
Sweatman-Young, Inc. performs any and all types of home maintenance repair work. References available upon request.
