For just $195.00 plus tax, one of our Certified Graduate Remodelors will evaluate your home
from top to bottom and make recommendations based on the results. 

Items included in the evaluation fee, are as follows:
  • Lubricate window and door weather seals, latches, rollers, and hinges
  • Remove debris from basement window wells and foundation vents
  • Clean exhaust fans
  • Replace smoke detector batteries as necessary
  • Clean faucet aerators
  • Drain 2 gallons of water from the water heater to remove sediment
