| This remodel project is located in an 80-year-old building formerly the home of an ice cream parlor in downtown Puyallup. We completely gutted the interior and redefined the interior walls. We recreated a new store front, re-wired and re-plumbed the building to meet current code requirements, and installed a new HVAC system. The interior and exterior were given new coats of paint, and finishes were installed according to owner specification. The project was awarded the 2002 City of Puyallup Beautification Award and received a key to the City. It also received the 2003 City of Puyallup Historical Preservation Award. | The 100-year-old house that sat here originally simply needed more space. The homeowner hired us to have additions custom designed and constructed. The residence now has two new wings, which include a media room, master suite, and a home office. It also houses a three-bay garage.
